The Basics
If you’re a new or existing business that creates two or more jobs inside the city limits, you may qualify for tax credits of up to $3,500 per job.
Where are the Opportunity Zones?
Businesses can qualify for tax credits within 9 currently active State of Georgia Opportunity Zones in the city of Atlanta, where the local government has undertaken redevelopment and revitalization efforts in certain older commercial and industrial areas.
